VI. Breakdown of outcomes from the <strong>Second</strong> Reconciliation <strong>Study</strong> regarding revenue<br />

collection<br />

This section provides the breakdown of the final outcomes from reconciliation of information<br />

provided by the companies signed up to the <strong>Study</strong> and information provided by public institutions<br />

regarding following obligations:<br />

- Income tax<br />

- Mining royalty<br />

- Hydrocarbons royalties<br />

- Validity rights<br />

It should be noted that provided data are linked to the preference of the companies to show data<br />

either in aggregate or in disaggregated form.<br />

In the standard agreement subscribed by the companies signed up to the <strong>Second</strong> <strong>EITI</strong> <strong>Study</strong> with<br />

the <strong>EITI</strong> <strong>Peru</strong> Working Committee, companies indicate their preference to provide information<br />

either in aggregate form (together with a determined group of companies) or in disaggregated form<br />

(showing in detail the information provided by the company).<br />

The Consultant has entered with the companies signed up to the <strong>Second</strong> <strong>Study</strong> into a<br />

confidentiality agreement where it undertakes to respect their preferences as set forth in agreement<br />

forms.<br />

Below we provide a list of the companies signed up to the <strong>EITI</strong> setting forth their willingness to<br />

participate in the Reconciliation <strong>Study</strong>:<br />
