alcohol consumption
Seminole Hard Rock policy prohibits individuals less than 21
years of age from consuming alcoholic beverages. Visibly
intoxicated persons will not be served alcoholic beverages.
In addition, diligent effort will be made not to permit gaming
by a visibly intoxicated patron. Alcoholic beverages may not be
brought into or removed from the building.
minors & unattended children
In order to prevent underage gaming, the Seminole Tribe of
Florida prohibits minors under the age of 18 on the Casino fl oor,
even if accompanied by a parent or authorized person. The
Casino fl oor is defi ned as everywhere inside the outer walkway
around the Casino. Children are not allowed to loiter in the
outer walkway near a gaming machine while an adult plays on
the Casino fl oor. Children under the age of 13 may not be left
unattended at any time. It is the responsibility of the parent to
attend to their children. Children between the ages of 13 and
17 must be accompanied by an adult or guardian from Sunday
through Thursday after 10:00 pm and Friday & Saturday after
12:00 am. A parent is not considered to be supervising his/
her child if the parent is on the Casino fl oor, even if the child is
within sight of the parent.
At no time does the Casino take responsibility for babysitting
minors. Failure to comply may result in action from the
Casino to exclude the parent or guardian of the child from
the premises. Unattended minors may be handed over to
the Seminole Department of Law Enforcement if a parent or
guardian cannot be located in a reasonable amount of time.

environment. Our Security Department is also committed to
providing excellent customer service.
Inside you will fi nd tips and information for making your visit
pleasant and safe.
Your personal safety and the security of your personal property
are of the utmost concern to us. We ask that you please take
a moment to read over the important information contained
in this pamphlet. It outlines safety and security tips to follow
whenever you visit our property.

hotel guest:
Please familiarize yourself with the safety information and exit
diagram poster in your room. Know the locations of the exit
stairwells, and the nearest fi re extinguisher and fi re alarm on
your fl oor.
Please safeguard your room key at all times. Secure your room
doors when entering and exiting your room and check your door
to be sure that it has closed properly and locked, even if you
are just stepping out momentarily. While in your room, please
engage the dead bolt. Ensure any connecting door is locked.
Please use the “peep hole” in your room door to verify the
identity of any persons before opening the door. Security video
cameras have been installed in all hotel corridors and elevators.
For additional verifi cation contact the Hotel Front Desk. All
employees wear name badges, uniform or business attire, and
carry a picture ID card. If there is any doubt, contact Security at
extension 1177. Report any suspicious activities or persons.
Please keep your purse or wallet with you at all times during
your stay. Do not leave money, jewelry, or other valuables
unsecured in your room. The safe in your closet is available for
this purpose. Safe deposit boxes are available at the front desk.
Please observe all posted rules when using the swimming pool
and other recreational facilities.
casino patrons
Please locate the nearest emergency exits while in the casino,
restaurants, or other attractions.
Please keep your wallet or purse with you at all times. We
recommend wallets be kept in an inside front pocket. Purses
should be secured about your shoulder, not loosely hand-held.
When gaming, purses and other valuables should be kept on
your lap or over your shoulder, not placed upon the seat next to
you, atop gaming machines, or on poker tables. Please safeguard
your PIN (personal identifi cation number). If you lose a credit
card, report it lost immediately.
Although Security is present on the Casino fl oor please be wary
of distractions. Always be aware of your chip racks on poker
tables and your personal belongings. When cashing out your
TAD ticket from TAD machines it is your responsibility to make
sure the amount on the ticket coincides with the payout amount
on the screen. “Cover” your bankroll when counting winnings,
during transactions at cashier windows/machines, and at ATMs.
Please be sure that you have all of your belongings before moving
to a new location. We maintain Lost & Found facilities at our
Security Podium. Please feel free to stop by or call 813.627.7886.
The Security Bike Patrol, along with the Seminole Department of
Law Enforcement, maintains a presence 24 hours a day around
the property. Should you need or wish to be escorted to your
room or your vehicle, contact any Security Offi cer or employee.
Emergency call boxes are located at every elevator on every
fl oor of the parking garage. We also monitor the parking garage
with security cameras for your protection. However, we are not
responsible for items left in your car. Please be aware that the
speed limit in the garage is 15mph, and please pay attention to
other guests walking in our garage.
medical assistance
If you need medical or wheelchair assistance phone us at
#1177 or contact any employee. Security maintains a Medical
Response Team for your convenience 24 hours a day. If you
or anyone in your party become ill or injure yourself while on
our property, notify any employee immediately or dial #1177.
Wheelchairs are available at the Hotel Bell Desk for extended use.
fire safety information
Although the chances of an emergency occurring on property
are minimal, you can be assured this property is equipped
with state-of- the-art Fire Suppression Systems. In addition,
knowing what to do and where to go in an emergency can
make all the difference. Upon check in, locate the emergency
exits and emergency stairwell on your fl oor. REPORT SMOKE/
FIRE IMMEDIATELY. STAY CALM. In the event of fi re alarm
activation in the Hotel and/or Casino, an audible message
system will activate and provide instructions. When possible,
close all doors surrounding the fi re to stop its spread.
HOTEL TOWER: Test door for heat before opening. Open
gently if cool. IF DOOR IS HOT, DO NOT OPEN. Check for
smoke before entering the hallway; if smoke is present, close
the door quickly, place wet towels at the base of your door, and
remain in your room. If clear, exit with caution. When leaving
fl oors, DO NOT USE THE ELEVATORS! Security Offi cers will
direct you to the nearest safe stairwell. Proceed down and exit
the building.
CASINO FLOOR: Proceed to the nearest exits and move well
away from the building.

• Do not leave lit cigarettes in the ashtrays or empty
ashtrays into wastebaskets.
• Remove appliance plugs from electrical outlets when not
in use.
• Report electrical hazards/malfunctions to the
Hotel Operator.
• Do not splash water near electrical outlets.

wet fl oors.
• Do not cook in the room.
