NOTIFICATION
Dated Shilong, the 21st December, 1988.
No. FEG.9/84/Pt.4- In pursuance of clause (3) of Article 166 of the Constitution of India and all other powers enabling
him in this behalf the Governor of Meghalaya is pleased to order that the following further amendment shall be made
in Schedule III to the delegation of Financial Powers Rules, 1981, namely :-
AMENDMENT No.61
Below the existing entries in schedule III under "Public Health Engineering Department" add the following :-
