It may save your drivers license. You may not be aware that California law defines some drivers as “NEGLIGENT”. Traffic convictions and responsible accidents add up to points on your driving record. We are concerned with your driving record and want to assist you to avoid being classified as a negligent driver. Major traffic convictions such as reckless driving and drunk driving count 2 points. Your Driving record, which appears below, shows that you have been convicted of a major violation. Get 4 points in 12 months and you are likely to lose you driver license. If your conviction involved alcohol, consider that alcohol is the leading cause of fatal accidents and more than half of all fatal accidents in California last year involved drinking drivers. Won’t you take just a few moments to review your driving habits? You can make the highway safer for all of us … and retain your driver license in the process.
