Volkswagen Genuine Roof bars
The City Crash-tested roof bars form the basis for all of the
attachments and thus for increased transport capability. It can
only be used in combination with the C-rails on the roof of the
vehicle. Suitable for vehicles with normal (carrying capacity:
300 kg) and high roof (carrying capacity: 150 kg).

Expand the basic Crafter roof bars with an additional single
roof bar for easy and convenient transport of long and bulky
objects. In combination with the basic roof bars, a total of up
to six roof bars can be mounted on the roof of the Crafter.

Volkswagen Genuine Ladder holder
Transport ladders without scratching the roof of the vehicle
and also ensure that your load arrives safely. The ladder holder
is easily mounted on the roof bars or the luggage rack.

This is how the City Crash Test works
The carrier system is mounted on the roof of the vehicle and
loaded with the intended load. A typical frontal crash in city
traffic is simulated at approximately 30 km/h through horizontal
acceleration and forces applied opposite to the travel
direction. The carrier system must not detach from the vehicle
in the process.
