Volkswagen Genuine Touch phone kit

The “Touch phone kit” provides you with the highest degree of operating comfort. Using the speaker-independent voice control
and the high-quality touchscreen, the Bluetooth hands-free system can be controlled however you wish. The Volkswagen Genuine
interface design is an additional eye-catcher. Furthermore, you can use the additional possibility to play back your MP3 files from
your mobile phone via audio streaming using the car‘s own loudspeakers. A separate adapter cable set as well as an optional AUX-IN

Truth be told: Neither the Crafter nor Volkswagen Accessories have any need to.
Instead of “near enough” we focus on precision and durability. The advantages

already back on the road with precisely the right transport systems.

Volkswagen Genuine Roof bars
The City Crash-tested roof bars form the basis for all of the
attachments and thus for increased transport capability. It can
only be used in combination with the C-rails on the roof of the
vehicle. Suitable for vehicles with normal (carrying capacity:
300 kg) and high roof (carrying capacity: 150 kg).

Volkswagen Genuine Extension set

Expand the basic Crafter roof bars with an additional single
roof bar for easy and convenient transport of long and bulky
objects. In combination with the basic roof bars, a total of up
to six roof bars can be mounted on the roof of the Crafter.

Volkswagen Genuine Ladder holder
Transport ladders without scratching the roof of the vehicle
and also ensure that your load arrives safely. The ladder holder
is easily mounted on the roof bars or the luggage rack.

This is how the City Crash Test works
The carrier system is mounted on the roof of the vehicle and
loaded with the intended load. A typical frontal crash in city
traffic is simulated at approximately 30 km/h through horizontal
acceleration and forces applied opposite to the travel
direction. The carrier system must not detach from the vehicle
in the process.

Volkswagen Genuine Luggage rack
The sturdy luggage rack is made of weather-resistant steel tubes
and is available in three different sizes. It is suitable for vehicles
with normal and high roofs and cannot be used in conjunction
with the roof bars. Please see the attached price list for more
information.
Volkswagen Genuine Roller
The light running roller simplifies loading the roof with bulky
cargo - simply attach it and load the vehicle without any
scratches. The runner is available separately and can only be
used in conjunction with the roof bars or luggage rack.

Volkswagen Genuine High bracket set
The high brackets enable you to firmly secure wooden boards,
for example, to the roof bars or the luggage rack so that they
can be safely and reliably transported. The shaped steel strip
bracket is completely galvanised and has a height of 180 mm.

Pipe transport container
Specially designed for transporting pipes up to 3 m long:
Even shorter pipes can be easily removed from the transport
container using the special removal device. The container is
easily secured to either the roof bars or luggage rack.

Volkswagen Genuine Telescopic ladder
The handy telescopic ladder folds out into a lean-to ladder and
can be attached to the runner on the rear of the vehicle or to the
luggage rack on the side. Operation of the sliding door is not
affected even when the vehicle is fully loaded. The ladder is
attached to the interior side wall for transport.

Volkswagen Genuine Load securing net
Secure heavy objects in the central aisle correctly and in
accordance with DIN and EN. Simply place the nylon and
steel load securing net over the cargo, attach it to the lashing
eyes and lash it in place using the transverse belt and ratchet
tensioning lock. The length of the net can be easily adjusted
using the clamping locks in the longitudinal belt. Net dimensions
(L x W): 900 x 500 mm.

The silver-grey hard top case contains ratchets and tensioning
belts, edge protection tubes and non-slip mats along with a
brochure about load securing. Together with the load distribution
plan, you can easily determine the centre of gravity
prior to every journey and fulfil the legal requirements for
load securing.

The two-part, 13.2 mm thick floor board with non-slip surface
can be optimally equipped for easily transporting cargo. The

Load securing net
So that everything remains in place: The load securing net
guarantees the correct transport of cargo in the central aisle.
The net is secured to the lashing eyes and tied down using
the ratchet tightening locks.

Tensioning rod
Easily inserted in the lashing rails, the tensioning rod serves to secure and prevent a diverse range of cargos from slipping, such as

Individual lashing point
This individual lashing point is used for professional load
securing in the Crafter. It is designed to be mounted on the
tensioning rods. 1 set = 2 pieces.

Tie-down straps with integral lashing eyes
The quick and simple way of securing large and heavy loads:
Move the lashing eyes on the rails using the locking mechanism
and then secure the load with a ratchet tightening lock or
clamping lock. Suitable for factory fitted lashing rails or lashing
rails in the floor boards..

Tie-down fitting
The tie-down fitting ensures that your cargo is always reliably

The mounting frame permits simple and quick changing
between a ball head and bar coupling. The towing ball is
supplied in the scope of delivery. The electrical installation
kit must be ordered separately. Please see the attached price

The 13-pin electrical fitting sets guarantee the electrical supply
and thus make trailer operation possible. An upgrade-specific
update CD (not illustrated) may need to be ordered as well. All

The interchange plate system enables the uncomplicated and
quick removal of a towing device from the mounting frame.

The individual towing ball is suitable for vehicles with an
end crossmember or mounting frame, with a hole pattern

Volkswagen Genuine Drawbar coupling
Extend the Crafter‘s transport capabilities. The coupling of
a trailer with a ring eye is simplified by the funnel-shaped
insertion guide, so that the vehicle rear is protected against
undesirable damage. Can only be used in conjunction with

Volkswagen Genuine Combined coupling
The combined coupling comprises a ball head mounted on
a four-hole pattern with an additional upper securing hook,
which prevents an unintentional loss of the trailer. As such,
a trailer with a ring eye can also be pulled by the Crafter.

Make entering and exiting the vehicle even easier and safer with
the rear step - despite the height of the rear doors. Not suitable

and ensures the vehicle appears larger and more striking.
It protects against dazzle when the sun is low, thus ensuring

Volkswagen Genuine Warning vest
This lightweight fluorescent orange warning vest with
