Check In & Out through 9GC Attendance
If your student is to be picked up during the day they must bring a note
to the 9GC Attendance Office before school to receive a pass so they can
be released from class and meet you at the 9GC Attendance Office. We
do not always have someone available to go get a student from class and a
teacher will not release a student from class without a pass.
Parents must physically come into the 9G Attendance Office to check out
a student. They must also bring a valid picture ID and be listed on the
Enrollment Card.
When a student is ill they must be dismissed through the Nurse in order
for the absence to be excused. Parents must come in and sign the student
out at the 9G Attendance Office. If a student is absent, a parent must call
the Attendance Office EACH day they are out. Upon their return they
should report to the Attendance Office with either a note from their
parent or a doctor’s note.
More than 9 unexcused absences may result in a denial of credit.
