battlecruiser SMS Goeben and the light cruiser SMS Breslau. The German<br />
ships evaded the British and took refuge in the Austro-Hungarian controlled<br />
port of Pola.<br />

Description: Great Britain is asked to respect the agreement with Turkey,<br />
delivering Sultan Osman and Reshadieh battleships for the Ottoman fleet.<br />
This will bring some diplomatic benefits. In case of refusal however these<br />
benefits will go to the Central Powers, but Great Britain will gain two<br />
powerful battleships immediately!<br />
Historical notes: Prior to World War One, the Ottoman Empire had bought<br />
40 ships from Great Britain, among them two dreadnoughts, the Sultan<br />
Osman I. and the Reshadieh. Given the bad relations to Greece, the<br />
