Why did you decide to come in the 573? I chose to come to Southeast Missouri simply because I wanted to work with Three Rivers Community College. e Favorite Quote? The future belongs to people who see possibilities before they become obvious. Favorite TV Show? I am not “hooked” on any one television show; however, I do enjoy televised competitive sports including collegiate basketball and football and professional football. Shopping and traveling. Memphis and St. Louis are a couple of my favorites. What made you get into real estate? I love helping people find the perfect home. Favorite Restaurant not in the 573? Shogun in Jonesboro. Favoirte Band? Black Eyed Peas. Anthony Gilberto, Northwestern Mutual Where are you from? Born in West Virginia. Moved to Poplar Bluff in ‘98 Why did you decide to stay in the 573? This is a very family-centered community. You are naturally drawn to an area where you feel safe and where you feel like you can still make a difference Favorite Quote? “When God’s in your life you worship, when he isn’t you worry” What does Northwestern Mutual Do? Northwestern Mutual specializes in risk management products including life insurance, disability insurance, and long term care. Favorite TV Show? LOST Hugh Dority Owner Superior Sewing and Vacuum When did you open Superior? I opened my business with wife Betty in 1985. However, I Started with Singer Sewing Machine Company in 1973. Favorite Bible verse: Phillipians 4:13. What do you do at Superior? We do sales and service on any sewing machine and vacuum. Children: Donna, age 22, and Justin, age 18.
