26. DIVIDENDS
On 27 May 2005, a dividend of KM 22.75 and KM 11.47 per share (total dividend KM 4,538 thousand) was paid to
shareholders. In May 2004, the dividend paid was KM 17 per share (total dividend KM 3,049 thousand).
27. FINANCIAL COMMITMENTS AND CONTINGENCIES
In the ordinary course of business, the Bank has been involved in a number of legal proceedings to recover collateral
or outstanding credit balances, as well as related interest and expenses from defaulted credit customers and interbank
counterparts. The management of the Bank believe that any legal proceedings pending as at 31 December 2005 will
not result in material loss to the Bank.
