About 30to90
30to90 is a Canadian Tuition Management Company dedicated to
helping families afford the education they desire. 30to90 is not a
financing company, we do not give loans. We enroll parents in the
Canadian Education Payment Plan and provide schools the
administrative service of collecting tuition fees. The Canadian Education
Payment Plan is a short term installment plan (maximum 12 months)
which allows parents to divide educational expenses into monthly
installments. We look forward to working with you as we manage your
payment program.

Terms and Conditions
You will be assessed a missed payment fee of $25 if a payment
withdrawal is denied. Any missed payment will be reattempted the 15 th
day of that month with further attempts if needed on consecutive 1 st and
15 th days of following months. Every reattempt is assessed a $25 missed
payment fee if the payment defaults. This will continue until your
account is paid.
It is your responsibility to make appropriate arrangements if a payment
can not be made. Timely payment of your tuition is of the utmost
importance, but in the case of special circumstances, you may contact
your schools business office to appeal your payment schedule. All
requests must be made 10 days before the payment due date. In the event
your request is granted, your schools business office will communicate
with 30to90 to make the change. If your request is denied, your payment
plan will continue according to the agreement. If there is a change to
your bank account or address, please inform 30to90 directly.
You agree that the school may re-enroll you in the Canadian Education
Payment Plan for each subsequent school year that you have a child
attending the school, unless you inform the school of another payment
method.
All payments made to30to90 will be made in accordance to the Payor’s
Pre-Authorized Debit Agreement governed by the Canadian Payments
Association.
Privacy Policy
The borrower affirms that any information given is true and complete
and that no information has been withheld. The privacy of your personal
information is important to us. We will protect your privacy and
safeguard your personal information according to the requirements of the
Personal Information Protection and Electronics Documents Act. 30to90
reserves the right to provide information about the borrower to credit
bureaus and other credit grantors as permitted by law.

Your Canadian Education Payment Plan Fee is non-refundable and will be taken out of
your account in the first 30 days of 30to90 receiving this agreement.
If this enrollment form is received late, withdrawals will begin the following month,
increasing your payment amount and shortening your term in order to pay your school
within the appropriate time.
Payments will be withdrawn from your account on the first day of the month unless
otherwise noted.
When your payment plan fee has cleared your account, 30to90 will send you a statement
with your payment schedule.
