organizations are also analyzed <strong>and</strong> studied from an <strong>in</strong>stitutional perspective. Sociology<br />

considers organization as a planned, coord<strong>in</strong>ated <strong>and</strong> shared action <strong>of</strong> society members with a<br />

common purpose <strong>in</strong> order to achieve tangible or <strong>in</strong>tangible objectives. Because <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong><br />

In sociology organization is a permanent arrangement <strong>of</strong> elements <strong>the</strong>se elements may <strong>in</strong>clude<br />

members, resources, available autonomy <strong>and</strong> communication.. These elements are <strong>the</strong> essential<br />

parts that make <strong>the</strong> existence or performance <strong>of</strong> any organization possible. The type <strong>and</strong> nature<br />

<strong>of</strong> elements <strong>of</strong> certa<strong>in</strong> organization dictates <strong>the</strong> purpose, function, behavior <strong>and</strong> efficiency <strong>of</strong> that<br />

organization. In sociology an organization is studied <strong>in</strong> an <strong>in</strong>stitutional perspective, <strong>the</strong> actions<br />

<strong>and</strong> reactions, functions <strong>and</strong> approach <strong>of</strong> an organization ,<strong>in</strong> sociology, is def<strong>in</strong>ed by some pre-<br />

def<strong>in</strong>ed rule or guid<strong>in</strong>g pr<strong>in</strong>ciples.
