less than five percent while 95% <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> spend<strong>in</strong>g on <strong>education</strong> came from national or o<strong>the</strong>r<br />

sources. So one can conclude that as <strong>the</strong> Bank‟s share <strong>in</strong> <strong>the</strong> total spend<strong>in</strong>g is too low so <strong>the</strong><br />

Bank alone cannot be given credited or blame for <strong>the</strong> positive or negative change <strong>and</strong><br />

development <strong>in</strong> <strong>education</strong> sector.
