Introduction
This is a 8-bit, general purpose, non-inverting buffer. In working with CPLDs, this element is usually
removed, unless you inhibit optimization by applying the OPT=OFF attribute to the symbol, or by using the
LOGIC_OPT=OFF global attribute.
