Featuring unique combustion box for high-efficiency wastewater evaporation
Combustion Gas Plenum: Steam and combustion gases
mix within the fully insulated plenum box allowing emissions
to be super heated and a taller flue gas stack guards
against particulate entering the combustion box.
Built-in Exhaust Fan: Motor and bearings are set off from
the heat and steam path minimizing exposure to moisture for
increased bearing life.
Wastewater Autofill: Optional heavy-duty
poly air-diaphragm pump automatically fills
tank for continuous operation.
Belt Oil Skimmer: Optional stainless steel
motorized belt oil skimmer automatically
removes excess floating oils.
Insulated Lid Handles: Easy-grip, insulated
handles provide operator protection when
opening the lid.
Insulated Lid: Double-walled lid, with extension
handle, is fully insulated for added heat efficiency
and operator protection.
Locking Lid: Lid will lock in the open position
for operator safety while unit is being cleaned.
Batch Counter: Wastewater concentration
level is monitored by a batch counter which turns
off unit once the projected concentration level
has been achieved.
Troubleshooting Indicator
Lights: Gives quick indication for easy
troubleshooting.
Water-Tight Control Box: Nema 4
plastic enclosure features conveniently
positioned hour meter, operational indicator
lights, manual reset high temperature

The HBE is an all-electric
evaporator that
has all of the energyefficiency
features of
the HBG except the
burner is replaced by
eight high-efficiency,
long-lasting, coil-type
2600-watt heater elements,
which evaporate
at rates of 6 to 8
gallons per hour.
Combined wattage is
20.8KW. This industrial-strength
model
holds up well under
the most extreme
working conditions.
Stainless Steel Top and Stack: Inner top, lid, and exhaust stack are
made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel for longer life in harsh environments.
Evaporation Tank: Heavy-duty tank is made of carbon steel with optional
alloy upgrades to 316L, 2205 Duplex or AL-6XN stainless steel.
Double-Walled Box: Exterior walls are made of durable 16 gauge steel,
insulated and double lined for energy efficiency and safety.
Low/High-Water Shut Off: Two stainless steel floats mounted to shafts
prevent the unit from overflowing or causing damage to the bottom of the
tank due to a low water level; a redundant third float backs up the high level
as double protection against overflowing; also used for optional wastewater
automatic refill for continuous operation.
Adjustable Feet: Adjustable feet for convenient leveling of equipment.
Combustion Box: Combustion chamber, made of high-density ceramic
refractory fiber, features a unique energy-efficient design for reflecting the
heat directly onto the floor of the evaporation tank for energy savings.
Combustion Chamber Baffles: A key element of the new high-efficiency
combustion chamber is the design and use of baffles for reflecting the heat directly
onto the floor of the evaporation tank.
High-Temperature Safety Shutoff: High-limit thermocouple turns unit off before tank is
damaged by scorching (not visible).
Recessed Drain Port: Three-inch recessed drain port is positioned on subsurface of floor for
easy sludge removal and cleaning (not visible).
