To enhance and improve the<br />

best practice in service delivery<br />

It is the liaison between the<br />

Sheriff, the clergy councils<br />

attached to each Sheriff's station,<br />

and other religious organizations.<br />

An ad hoc body of religious<br />

leaders who provide input,<br />

suggest various projects, and<br />

interact with the senior<br />

management of the Sheriff's<br />

Department, the Executive<br />

Clergy Council meets regularly<br />

as a forum and provides an<br />

opportunity for people to come<br />

together, communicate, and<br />

share their mutual concerns.<br />

Enhance and improve upon<br />

the provision of public adoption<br />

services.<br />

Meetings are bimonthly.<br />

The Adoption Program Managers<br />

from all States are invited to attend this<br />

annual meeting. Since <strong>Los</strong> <strong>Angeles</strong><br />

<strong>County</strong> is larger than most States, our<br />

<strong>County</strong> has been invited to participate<br />

as well.<br />

Community partners have<br />

an increased understanding<br />

of the Department’s current<br />

and planned activities. The<br />

Department and community<br />

Collaboration among<br />

consortium members has<br />

been either strengthened or<br />
