Ebenezer Ifa-^'ke^ <strong>in</strong>herned the homestead which descended to his son Samuel. He was<br />

an anchor maker and trader ; did a large bus<strong>in</strong>ess. After his first wife's death he removed<br />

to Marblehead, where his son Kbene/.er and daughter tlizabeth afterwards settled. He<br />

bought an entire township <strong>in</strong> Ma<strong>in</strong>e, called W<strong>in</strong>dham, where his grandchildren settled.<br />

Samuel Hawke.. a descendant, resides on the old place <strong>in</strong> Saugus, Mass.
