son of Samuel'' 1189' and Elizabeth (Perk<strong>in</strong>s) Cogswell, was born Jan<br />

15, 17S0, <strong>in</strong> Anclover, Mass. He married, Sept. 14, 1806, Sara/i Hara-<br />

dt'ii. dauL;liter of Isaac and Jemima G. Haradon. She was born Jan.<br />

22, 1784, <strong>in</strong> Ro.xbury, Mass. <strong>The</strong>y resided <strong>in</strong> Boston, Mass, and<br />

removed, April 4, 1848, to Plea.sant Valley, North Providence, R. I.,<br />

where they died. Mr. Cogswell died April 4, 1862. Mr Cotrswell<br />

died Sept. 26, 1862.
