March 6, 1825. Mrs. Sarah Monroe died Nov. 20, 1859, aged n<strong>in</strong>etyone<br />

and farmer. Mrs. Monroe died M.n 22, 1X75. <strong>The</strong>y had fourteen children Six died young.<br />

son of Ebenezer" [116] and Mary (Burnham) Cogswell, was born Jan.<br />

14, 1770, <strong>in</strong> Ipswich, Mass. He married, Nov. 17, 1793, Dcborali Bcllo-cL's,<br />

daughter of Lieut. Ezekiel and Mercy (Davis) Bellows. She was<br />

born Oct. 2r, 1773, <strong>in</strong> Paxton, Mass. <strong>The</strong>y resided <strong>in</strong> Pa.xton and<br />

North Spencer, Mass. Mr. Cogswell died Jan. 9, 1827. Mrs. Cogs-<br />

well died Jan. 31, 1861, <strong>in</strong> North Spencer, Mass.<br />

Candace. [658] b. Aug. 19, 1795; m. Aug. 15, 1815, Edmund N. Sargent<br />

Dei'.orah. [659] b. July 27, 1797. She died <strong>in</strong> childliood, Nov. 25, 1802.<br />
