George Richard^ Cogswell, {yames'", Etncrson*, William^, Wil-<br />

liam'^, yohn>), son of James-'' [93] and Rebecca (Baldw<strong>in</strong>) Cogswell,<br />

lu'c Cotton, was born Jan. 17, 1801, <strong>in</strong> Concord, Mass. He married<br />

Eliza Williams, of Baltimore, Md. <strong>The</strong>y resided <strong>in</strong> Baltimore, Md.,<br />

where he died, Sept. 30, 1829. Mrs. Cogswell died soon after.<br />

Cotton, was born July 11, 1804, <strong>in</strong> Concord, Mass. He married, Oct.,<br />

1825, ^Adal<strong>in</strong>c Burt, of Cambridge, Mass. She was born <strong>in</strong> Boston,<br />

Mass. Mrs. Cogswell died Feb. 9, 1841. Col. Cogswell married, Jan.,<br />

1843, ^Laiira Ann Ailams, daughter of Cyrus and Olive Adams. She<br />

was born Feb. 20, 1819, at Northbridge, Mass <strong>The</strong>y resided <strong>in</strong> Con-<br />

cord, Uxbridge, and Grafton, Mass. Colonel and Mrs. Laura Cogswell<br />

lived, 1883, <strong>in</strong> Grafton, Mass.<br />
