son of James'' [93] and Rebecca (Baldw<strong>in</strong>) Cogswell, w'e Cotton, was<br />

born I-'eb. 18, 1784, <strong>in</strong> We.'-ton, Mass. He married, April 2, 1806,<br />

Sarah Roby, daughter of Abbot and Lucy Roby, She was born Jan.<br />

27. 1785, <strong>in</strong> Nashua, N. H. <strong>The</strong>\- lived man\' years <strong>in</strong> Concord, Mass.,<br />

where Mrs. Cogswell died March g, 1844. Mr. Cogswell removed to<br />

Baltimore, Md., whci'. he died Feb. 20, 1875.<br />
