bequeath to Stephen Johnson, his Brother, my silver st<strong>and</strong> for oil, <strong>and</strong> one <strong>of</strong> my<br />

small silver Waiters, my silver Marrow Spoon, <strong>and</strong> one mourning Ring with a single<br />

Rose Diamond. To W" Johnson his Brother my smallest pair <strong>of</strong> Silver C<strong>and</strong>le-<br />

sticks, my silver Soup Ladle, <strong>and</strong> my other small Silver Waiter. I give <strong>and</strong> bequeath<br />

to Sarah <strong>and</strong> Eliz'' Johnson, Daughters <strong>of</strong> my late Niece Eliz'* Johnson, my two<br />

dozen <strong>of</strong> Silver h<strong>and</strong>led Knives <strong>and</strong> Forks, my two dozen Silver Table spoons,<br />

my silver Salts, my six gilt tea spoons <strong>and</strong> Tongues, to be divided equally<br />

among them. To Catharine Johnson their Sister, my Silver sugar dish <strong>and</strong> Cover,<br />

my silver Tea canister, my Silver Cream Saucepan <strong>and</strong> my two silver table spoons<br />

marked E. S. To Miss Sarah Sparrow <strong>of</strong> Ipswich, 3 China Cups <strong>and</strong> Saucers, a<br />

china Teapot with a Silver Spout, a Slop Bason, <strong>and</strong> a Plate belonging thereto.<br />

To Dorothy Clarke, Widow, half <strong>of</strong> my Shifts <strong>and</strong> Holl<strong>and</strong> Aprons, 4 laced nightcaps,<br />

<strong>and</strong> two laced H<strong>and</strong>kerchiefs. I give <strong>and</strong> bequeath the rest <strong>and</strong> residue <strong>of</strong> my<br />

Wearing Apparrel, <strong>of</strong> every kind, unto Sarah, Elizabeth <strong>and</strong> Catharine Daughters<br />

<strong>of</strong> my late Niece Eliz'' Johnson, to be divided equally among them. To M" Eliza-<br />

beth Hicksman, the Maid's Bed, Bolster, Pillows, Bedstead <strong>and</strong> furniture, together<br />

with the Quilt, Blankets <strong>and</strong> 2 pair <strong>of</strong> Sheets now used on the Said Bed. I give<br />

<strong>and</strong> bequeath to the said Sarah Maskall all my household goods <strong>and</strong> furniture <strong>of</strong><br />

every kind not herein bequeathed, if I should happen to Die while I am resident in<br />

Mr. Maskall's house. All the rest, residue <strong>and</strong> remainder <strong>of</strong> my Estate <strong>and</strong> Effects,<br />

both Real <strong>and</strong> Personal, Whatsoever <strong>and</strong> Wheresoever, after Payment <strong>of</strong> my just<br />

Debts <strong>and</strong> Funeral Charges <strong>and</strong> Legacies, I do hereby give, devise <strong>and</strong> bequeath unto<br />

the said John Spencer Colepeper <strong>and</strong> Richard Maskall, their Heirs, Executors, <strong>and</strong><br />

Administrators, To hold the Real Estate as Tenants in Common, <strong>and</strong> the Personal<br />
