with halfe the barn, y'= s'd halfe to lye on y^ sou-west side, with the liberty <strong>and</strong> privi-<br />

ledge <strong>of</strong> cutting so much hay in the meadow as to keep her owne cattle <strong>and</strong> the<br />

pasturing <strong>of</strong> three or four cows, if she see cause to keep them. All the above<br />

mentioned to be injoyed by her so long as she remains my widow <strong>and</strong> no longer,<br />

excepting y" personall estate to be for her <strong>and</strong> her heirs forever.<br />

" Item, 1 give, bequeath <strong>and</strong> devise unto my two sons, Eliphelet <strong>and</strong> Nathaniell<br />

to be equally divided between them. Item, I give unto Eliphelet my lott <strong>of</strong> meadow<br />

at y° bound Creek which I bought <strong>of</strong> Wakeman. Item, I,give to Nathaniell that piece<br />

<strong>of</strong> salt meadow lying at y" Lower tide pond, the above mentioned tracts <strong>of</strong> l<strong>and</strong> <strong>and</strong><br />

meadow to be to them, their heirs <strong>and</strong> assigns forever, with the improvement <strong>of</strong> y"*<br />

remaining halfe <strong>of</strong> my homestead five years after my decease. Item, I give <strong>and</strong> devise<br />

unto my son John all that tract <strong>of</strong> l<strong>and</strong> <strong>and</strong> pasture lying at y"* two mile brook, with<br />

y^ one halfe <strong>of</strong> y° lott in y"* Little Neck, with y'= halfe <strong>of</strong> y" remaining halfe <strong>of</strong> y"'<br />

meadow at y" two mile brook, <strong>and</strong> halfe my lott <strong>of</strong> meadow at Morishes Creek, y*<br />

above parcells to be to him y'^ s'd John, his heirs <strong>and</strong> assigns forever. Item, I give<br />

<strong>and</strong> devise unto my son Samuell all that one Lottment <strong>of</strong> L<strong>and</strong> called the Pattent<br />

Folsome Milstone, together with the remaining halfe <strong>of</strong> y" Lott in y" Little Neck, <strong>and</strong><br />

y° remaining fourth part <strong>of</strong> y'= meadow at y'^ two mile brook. Also, liberty for y'^ s'd<br />

John <strong>and</strong> Samuell to cart cross y"^ other halfe given to Eliphelet <strong>and</strong> Nathaniell ; also<br />

I give to the s'd Samuell y° remaining halfe <strong>of</strong> my lott <strong>of</strong> meadow at Morises Creek,<br />

y^ same to be <strong>and</strong> remaine to him y" s'd Samuell, his heirs <strong>and</strong> assigns forever,<br />

together with y'' Improvement <strong>of</strong> y" halfe <strong>of</strong> my homestead untill my son Timothy<br />

shall attain to y'^ age <strong>of</strong> one <strong>and</strong> twenty years, after y" expiration <strong>of</strong> y*^ s'd five years<br />

already given to Eliphelet <strong>and</strong> Nathaniell. Item, I give <strong>and</strong> devise unto my son<br />

Timothy my whole homestead y'' one halfe there<strong>of</strong> not disposed <strong>of</strong> to my wife, for<br />

him to possess <strong>and</strong> enjoy when he shall obtain to y" age <strong>of</strong> one <strong>and</strong> twenty years, <strong>and</strong><br />

y' remaining part there<strong>of</strong> at her death or remarying, together with all my l<strong>and</strong> <strong>and</strong><br />

meadow over y" Great Swamp, not before disposed <strong>of</strong>f, with y« mendment lott <strong>of</strong><br />

meadow at Plums poynt, y° same to be for him, his heirs <strong>and</strong> assigns forever.<br />

" Item, all my out l<strong>and</strong> <strong>and</strong> right <strong>of</strong> l<strong>and</strong>, not yet disposed <strong>of</strong> in this my last Will<br />

<strong>and</strong> Testament, I give, devise <strong>and</strong> dispose there<strong>of</strong> unto my s'd five sons (viz.) Eliphelet,<br />

Nathaniell, John, Samuell <strong>and</strong> Timothy, to be equally divided between them, <strong>and</strong> to<br />
