1829, married Isaac \Y. Mott, Jan. 17, 1849. He was born in
Cauandaigua, N. Y'., Feb. 15, 1827. He enlisted in the 151st Pa.
vol., and was in the battle of Gettysburgh. He died April 16,
1871, after a long sickness of four 3^ears. She next married
Ozia Gregory, July 11, 1872. They reside in Russell, Pa. Her
children by first husband are,

IX. John Bisbee Carr (4459) born in Boston, N. Y^., March
10, 1831, married Nancy Morrison, April 2, 1857. He enlisted
in the 58th Pa. vol., was wounded in the battle of Cold Har-
bor, and died June 14, 1864. Their children are,

IX. Asa Carr (4460) born in Boston, N. Y., May 26, 1833,
married Rachel Jenkins, Dec. 25, 1862. She was born Aug. 10,
1835, and died May 15, 1866. He next married Almira Jenkins,
sister of his first wife. Jan. 14, 1869. He is one of the lead-
ing citizens of Russell, Pa., ^vhere he has held many offices of
honor and public trust.

30, 1835, married John Stanton, Feb. 8, 1857. He was born May
17, 1827. They reside in Russell, Pa. Their children are,
