VII. Jehial Carr (12()7) l^orn in Galway, N. V., in 1777. married
Betsey H^er near Albany, N. Y. About 1825 they moved
to Krie Co., N. Y., and in 1813, with four of his sons. William,
Darius. Jehial and Lorenzo, and his only daucrhter, he started
to emigrate to Eli} in, I lie-., but died on the journey, at Ashta-
bula, Ohio, Sej)!. 5, 1813, aged C() years. His wife died in Eagle,
Wis., while living with her son Darius, at the age of 94 _\ears.
