I'arrar, who died in June, 1S55. He m. (2) in 1S57, Harriet N. Kellogg. lie lived
for a while in Shutcsbury, where he erected a store and several dwelling-houses; was
a member of the Legislature one or two terms. He removed to Faribault, Minn., and
being one of the first settlers there, shared the hardships and braved the dangers
incident to pioneer life. Dry goods merchant. Res. (1883) Faribault, Minn. Children:
[Three by the first marriage and two by the second.] (2) William Haskins,8 b. 2
June, 1816; m. Lucy Leonard, and settled in Prescott, Mass., where he was selectman
and representative. They removed to Fairbault, Minn. Children:
