• I stage: realization of pilot project at one or several building
groups, connected to the common central heating stations
( “Danfoss” provides: technical support, training of project
design and installation companies, supply of equipment, control
of installation, support in organization of individual billing,
information and promotion)
• II stage: gradual transfer to mass-scale modernization
