Job Profile:
• Contribute in developing performance sailing range
• Organize the process of development in the framework defined by the market needs
• Execute the development process from handover to production and QC
• Analyze the product details in terms of cost effects, functionality, innovation
• Provide proposals to design for product details to hit the product targets in terms of
functionality, price and innovation
• Assist in developing and executing range projects
• Analyze and report product business performance
• Build producer network in a global sourcing surrounding
• Develop and manage an effective working relationship between all service and interlinked
departments as well as with the suppliers
• Search for Trims and Fabrics towards the given targets
• Negotiate pricing and timing with suppliers
• Organize and secure social and environmental mandatory procedures
• Travel internationally to all sourcing markets
• Work in a flexible surrounding guaranteeing the best workflow
Gewünschte Qualifikationen
Your Profile:
• College degree, preferably in apparel engineering
• Minimum of 3 years development experience with functional and/or sports textiles,
footwear or accessories
• Knowledge of apparel/footwear industry
• Experience in PDM/RMS systems
• Good organisational skills
• Fluent English
• EDP/PC skills (MS Office programs)
