For those getting wet for the first time, the PADI open water sport
diving certification course taught by the qualified instructors at Tri-
City Scuba Centre is based on safe industry standards recognized
world-wide. Courses combine classroom instruction and theory, plus
practical in-pool experience & skills evaluation, followed by a written
exam and supervised open water dives. Initial costs include the
basic snorkeling equipment and course fee, which includes course
materials and certification card. Once certified, you may purchase a
complete line of scuba equipment from Tri-City Scuba Centre or
rent the equipment as needed. As you gain experience, you may
choose to enroll in more advanced levels of certification. Tri-City is
