The drugs were seized and sent for destruction by police. 11:20 PM | Police were called to a residence on Eldale Road in Elmira where it was reported that several people were out in front with open alcohol. It appears that a small party had gotten out of hand; police assisted in removing some partygoers from the property. One male was arrested for public intoxication and held in custody until he sobered up. » November 30 10:30 PM | A two-vehicle collision occurred on Arthur Street south of Elmira, near the rail road tracks.
