ADMOS 2003 Adaptive Modeling and Simulation

We want to draw your attention to the forthcoming conference ADMOS 2003
(Adaptive Modeling and Simulation) to be held at Chalmers University of Technology
from September 29 to October 1, 2003. ADMOS 2003 is an IACM Special Interest
Conference and an ECCOMAS Thematic Conference. Please, find attached a
preliminary leaflet and call for contributions. The conference will include a number of
Minisymposia on different topics.
Each Minisymposium will contain:
- 1 Keynote lecture (30min) and
- 3 papers (20 min)
If you are interested on organizing a Minisymposium on a topic of your choice, please
contact the organizers. Minisymposium organizers will get a reduction of 50% of the
Conference fee.

PACAM VIII - Eighth Pan American Congress of Applied Mechanics

Aim of PACAM VIII
To promote progress in the broad field of mechanics by (1) exposing mature engineers
and scientists, including graduate students, to new research findings, techniques, and
problems, and (2) providing opportunities for personal interactions between
mechanicians of North and South America, as well as other continents, through formal
presentations and informal contacts. It is the only conference sponsored by the
American Academy of Mechanics.
