106 Making General Practice Attractive: Encouraging GP attraction and Retention KCE Reports 90 Figure 6: Criteria of organisation policies: radar by policy. 6.6.3 Summary: what are the policies more likely to be implemented according to the stakeholders? This chapter displays an overview of the scores and the ranks of all policies to identify the most recommended by the stakeholders. The policies are shown by topic with their scores (figure 7) and ranks (figure 8) displayed on X-coordinates. Among all policies, the most important one concerns the GPs working together (mean score of 5.68). The other organization policies that follow this one are also related to team-working: delegation of tasks, increased role in the multidisciplinary work and sharing of a common infrastructure. The second most important policies are recruitment policies: the integration of a GP approach in all Master courses had a mean score of 5.56. This second most important policy is directly linked with the third one, which is the compulsory clerkship in general, practice for all medical students. Financing and work-life balance policies received much lower scores. For a difference between groups of stakeholders (see lines in figures 7 and 8), see appendix 5.8.
