18. Payment of economic rent and service charges and other charges shall be
made as per rules applicable in case of allotment of industrial plots.
19. Maximum/minimum land area to be allotted for the institution shall be as
per the norms fixed by the concerned controlling department/agencies i.e.
State/Central Education Board, All India Council of Technical Education,
Medical Council of India, UGC etc.
20. A 10% rebate in rate of value of land shall be allowed while allotting
minimum land 10000sqm. in unsaturated industrial areas. The rebate shall
increase @ 0.5% per 1000sqm. for land allotment more than 10000sqm.
subject to maximum rebate of 25% on both the counts put together.
21. The above rebate shall be applicable only in unsaturated industrial areas
calculating on the date of deposition of 25% value of land before land
allotment.
22. The applicant will be required to affix his/her passport size photograph with
the EOI document and will furnish identity proof along with address proof
which have legal sanctity/validity and universal accepted for such purpose.
In case the applicant in the legal entity i.e. company, Trust, Society, the
photograph of person authorized by the entity be affixed.
23. The applicant has to deposit Keenness Money (as mentioned at point no.12)
in the form of cash or DD (in favour of “RIICO Ltd.” payable at Neemrana or
Jaipur) along with his sealed offer on prescribed Application Form available
in RIICO Neemrana office. The applicant will have to submit their sealed EOI
upto 02:00 pm on 05/10/2012 in the office of RIICO Ltd., Neemrana.
24. Participants are advised to inspect the site before submitting their
application. Allotment is being made on ‘as is where is’ basis. The allottee has
to made approach culvert at his own cost.
25. Conditional offer shall not be accepted
26. The sealed offer shall be opened at 3:00 pm on the scheduled date (i.e.
05/10/2012) in the presence of the applicant present at the time of opening.
27. Maximum one person/executive from one company/firm will be allowed
during opening of sealed applications.
28. The suitability of the Institution will be finalized by Head Office level
committee.
29. Building parameters for institutional plot shall be applicable as per RIICO
land Disposal Rules-1979 (amended time to time) and enclosed site plan of
the plot.
30. The physical possession of the plot shall be taken by the allottee within the
time period specified in the rules. If the allottee does not turn up for taking
physical possession within the stipulated time period then the allotment will
be cancelled.
31. The plot shall be used according to the norms/building regulations of the
Local Authorities/Corporation. RIICO shall not be responsible for necessary
approvals.
