3. If the application is made<br />

additional 10% conversion charges to be<br />
levied for making the application before the<br />
time limit plus 5% for the conversion <strong>of</strong> the<br />
vacant land. Thereby total 15% additional<br />
conversion charges will be leviable.<br />
(i) For application, no additional conversion<br />
charges as per existing rules.<br />
(ii) for conversion <strong>of</strong> vacant land, 5%<br />
additional conversion charges.<br />
Note: *The Relaxation related to land use conversion <strong>of</strong> the allotted vacant plots under<br />
the above sub- rule is applicable to the conversion cases for educational<br />
institutions purposes only .<br />
