Further, an additional 10% rebate in the rate may be allowed by way <strong>of</strong> reimbursement<br />
to those who makes Rs. 50 Crores minimum investment for setting up a industrial<br />
project or Rs. 25 Crores minimum investment for setting up a power plant within 5<br />
years period from the allotment date on minimum 20,000 sqm. size plot. (Amended as<br />
per IDC decisions taken vide item 11 & 10 on 14.2.2001 & 10.12.2001 respectively<br />
and vide item 7 on 12.10.2004).<br />
If an applicant applies for more than on plot adjoining to each other, on the same day<br />
for one industrial unit alongwith the request <strong>of</strong> merger <strong>of</strong> plots at the time <strong>of</strong> making<br />
application, rebate in the rate <strong>of</strong> development charges permissible for large size plot<br />
shall be allowed after merger <strong>of</strong> plots. (Inserted as per IDC decision taken vide item<br />
4 on 25.4.2005)<br />
3 (D). Allotment <strong>of</strong> land for nursing homes/hospitals:<br />
The terms and conditions for land allotment for nursing homes / hospitals shall be as<br />
under:<br />

(i) In slow moving industrial areas, the rate shall be<br />
industrial rate. Concession to members <strong>of</strong> SC/ST, Ex-<br />
Servicemen, War Widows, Physically Handicapped<br />
and Women Category as applicable for industrial plot<br />
allotment as per rule 3 (A) shall also be allowed.<br />
(ii) In normal areas the rate shall be 1.5 times industrial<br />
rate. Concession to members <strong>of</strong> SC/ST, Ex-<br />
Servicemen, War Widows, Physically Handicapped<br />
and Women Category upto the extent <strong>of</strong> 50% <strong>of</strong> the<br />
admissible limit as per rule 3 (A) shall also be<br />
allowed.<br />
(iii) In saturated areas the plot shall be allotted through<br />
open auction keeping reserve price at minimum 1.5<br />
times <strong>of</strong> the industrial rate.<br />

3. Procedure for<br />
allotment<br />
(i) Allotment in saturated industrial areas shall be<br />
made through open auction after publication <strong>of</strong> an<br />
advertisement in a popular newspaper. In other<br />
areas allotment shall be made as per normal<br />
procedure after receiving complete applications.<br />
(ii) Unit heads shall make allotment <strong>of</strong> plot.
