3. APPLICATION<br />

FORM<br />

Entrepreneur desirous <strong>of</strong> land allotment should apply<br />

on the prescribed Form - A, annexed, (which can be<br />

obtained from the Corporation against cash payment<br />

<strong>of</strong> Rs. 100 only), alongwith the following :<br />

(i) A copy <strong>of</strong> partnership deed in case <strong>of</strong> partnership<br />

firm or Memorandum & Articles <strong>of</strong> Association in<br />

case <strong>of</strong> Private Ltd. /Public Ltd. Companies<br />

alongwith a copy <strong>of</strong> certificate <strong>of</strong> incorporation <strong>of</strong><br />

the company and the name <strong>of</strong> the promoters in case<br />

<strong>of</strong> Private Ltd. Company, if readily available with<br />

the applicant otherwise, the same may be given<br />

before lease-deed execution.<br />

(Inserted as per IDC decision taken vide item 6 on<br />

8.1.2001).<br />

(ii) Any other document as may be required by the<br />

Corporation.<br />

(iii) Security Deposit & 25% development charges for<br />

the land area applied for at the prevailing rates, in<br />

cash or through Demand Draft payable to "<strong>RIICO</strong><br />

Ltd."<br />

However, if the applicant pays 100% development<br />

charges for allotment <strong>of</strong> plots in non-saturated<br />

industrial areas, a rebate <strong>of</strong> 2% in the allotment rate<br />

would be allowed as cash incentive.<br />

(iv) A copy <strong>of</strong> project outlines if the application is for<br />

land upto 2000 sqm. or copy <strong>of</strong> brief project pr<strong>of</strong>ile<br />

for land more than 2000 sqm. and upto 10000 sqm.<br />

or copy <strong>of</strong> detailed project pr<strong>of</strong>ile for land more than<br />

10000 sqm. in the prescribed formats enclosed as<br />

FORM-A-I/ II/ III. <strong>Land</strong> area will be assessed as per<br />

guidelines prescribed in FORM-IV.(Inserted as per<br />

IDC decision vide item 8 taken on 25.04.2005)<br />

(v) In case <strong>of</strong> the concessional allotments under the rule<br />

3(A), below, a copy <strong>of</strong> the requisite certificate.<br />

(vi) During industrial campaigns applicants may be<br />

allowed to pay 25% development charges in the<br />

form <strong>of</strong> cheque. However, security deposit will only<br />

be accepted either in the form <strong>of</strong> cash or demand<br />

draft.
