3S(1): Allotment <strong>of</strong> land for construction <strong>of</strong> dormitories/quarters by the allottees for its<br />

workers<br />

Allotment <strong>of</strong> land for construction <strong>of</strong> dormitories/quarters by the allottees for its workers will be<br />

made as under:<br />

Creating the facility for more than 500 but less<br />

than 1000 labours<br />

Creating the facility for more than 1000<br />

labours<br />

50% <strong>of</strong> development charges <strong>of</strong> the<br />

industrial area concerned<br />

25% <strong>of</strong> development charges <strong>of</strong> the<br />

industrial area concerned.<br />

Allotment <strong>of</strong> land for the abobe purposewill be considered only for captive use <strong>of</strong> the company<br />

and no sub-leasing <strong>of</strong> the built up space to the general public will be allowed. Corporation<br />

shall not provide any infrastructure in the plots/area and the same would be arranged by the<br />

allottee at its own cost.<br />

3(T). Allotment <strong>of</strong> land to Rajasthan Housing Board (RHB):<br />

<strong>Land</strong> allotment to RHB for setting up housing colonies will be made with the approval<br />

<strong>of</strong> M.D. at the rates to be decided by M.D. in consultation with Financial Advisor <strong>of</strong> the<br />

Corporation & RHB authorities. RHB has also been exempted from payment <strong>of</strong><br />

Security Money and annual services charges. However, development and maintenance<br />

<strong>of</strong> infrastructure in the housing colonies shall be carried out by RHB.<br />

3(U). Permitting <strong>of</strong> <strong>RIICO</strong> buildings/Community Center/Parks for development and<br />

maintenance by Association/Society in <strong>RIICO</strong> industrial areas.<br />

The policy on the captioned subject will be as under :<br />

1) The title <strong>of</strong> land / building shall remain with <strong>RIICO</strong>. <strong>RIICO</strong> will not levy any charges on<br />

the land / building being used for such facilities, however, any statutory charges/fees if<br />

applicable by virtue <strong>of</strong> operation <strong>of</strong> law, shall be paid by respective Association/ Society/<br />

Maintenance Agency.<br />

2) Construction work <strong>of</strong> Recreation Club, Community Center building shall be carried out by<br />

the respective Association/ Society subject to prior approval <strong>of</strong> building map from <strong>RIICO</strong>.<br />

3) The building will be used exclusively for social activities and the expenses incurred on<br />

development <strong>of</strong> the land/ construction <strong>of</strong> building shall be borne by the Association/ Society<br />

at its own level.<br />

4) Management and maintenance <strong>of</strong> the building/ park will be carried out by a managing<br />

committee constituted either by respective Association/ Society or its members under their<br />

respective constitution. However, one <strong>of</strong>ficer from <strong>RIICO</strong> shall be a standing member <strong>of</strong><br />

such Committee.<br />

5) Activities relating to social / public interest only would be carried out in the said<br />

building/park/center.<br />

6) Bar Room, Restaurant and Guest House shall not be permitted.<br />

7) All other charges such as Government Taxes, Electricity Charges, Water Charges,<br />

Telephone Charges etc. shall be borne by the concerned Association/ Society and <strong>RIICO</strong> will<br />

not be liable to make payment <strong>of</strong> such charges.
