Clarifications, Stipulations and Notes related to FORM-'E-1' :<br />
(i) Provision <strong>of</strong> set backs, basements, calculation <strong>of</strong> FAR, ground coverage,<br />
maximum height <strong>of</strong> the building, parking requirements and other<br />
provisions <strong>of</strong> the building part including the definitions, which are not<br />
mentioned/covered in the above amended Building Byelaws/Parameters<br />
under FORM-'E-1' shall be governed by the relevant provisions <strong>of</strong> the<br />
State Model Building Byelaws, 2006.<br />
(ii) Existing procedure for approval <strong>of</strong> the Building Plans, time period for<br />
implementation <strong>of</strong> the project shall continue to be the same as prescribed<br />
in <strong>RIICO</strong> <strong>Disposal</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Land</strong> <strong>Rule</strong>s, 1979.<br />
(iii) The above amended Building Byelaws/Parameters under the FORM-'E-1'<br />
will come into force with effect from 23.5.2008 and will be primarily<br />
applicable to the new allotments and new conversion cases. However the<br />
old allottees/conversion csess may also opt the above cited Building
