3 (F). Allotment <strong>of</strong> land for setting up <strong>of</strong> a school:<br />

Allotment <strong>of</strong> land for setting up <strong>of</strong> a school will be made as per the provisions <strong>of</strong> the rule 3(E)<br />

i.e as per provisions as applicable to allotment <strong>of</strong> land for setting up <strong>of</strong> Educational Institutions.<br />

(Substituted as per IDC decision taken vide item 9 on 16.3.2001. Amended as per decision <strong>of</strong> IDC<br />

w.r.t item 4 <strong>of</strong> its meeting held on 18.2.11 )<br />

3(G). Allotment <strong>of</strong> land for supportive facilities:<br />

Planned plots for specified supportive promotional activities may be allotted by the<br />

Unit Heads as under:<br />

1. State Government Departments Prevailing industrial rate.<br />

2. Central Government Departments and State Prevailing industrial rate or as decided<br />

3. Individual Housing Plots 2 to 4 times <strong>of</strong> the prevailing industrial<br />

rate. Allotment at a price less than four<br />

(c) 33 KV - 3,000 sqm. (max.):<br />

Note: Extra land than the above size would be<br />

allotted on the prevailing rate <strong>of</strong> development<br />

charges <strong>of</strong> the industrial area concerned.<br />

6. Police Outpost upto 1 acre land (with or<br />

without building)<br />

7. Industrial Training Institutes ( upto 5 acres<br />

land alongwith small building shed )<br />
