It's time to start <strong>Dawson's</strong> <strong>Creek</strong> <strong>Survivor</strong> on Witch Island! This document will summarize the<br />
tribe assignments and the rules of the game.<br />

• We will begin as two tribes and merge when we have only 8 characters remaining.<br />
• Each round will be three days long: First day is a free day, the second day the immunity<br />
challenge, and the third day the Tribal Council.<br />
• The host will post an immunity challenge on the second day. We will give you the details of<br />
each challenge on the day it is scheduled to occur.<br />
• Immunity challenges will be team challenges until the merge; whichever tribe loses the<br />
immunity challenge must vote off one of its members.<br />
• After the merge, the immunity challenges will become individual; only one person will win<br />
immunity in each challenge.
Voting <strong>Rules</strong>:<br />
~ <strong>Dawson's</strong> <strong>Creek</strong> <strong>Survivor</strong>: “OutTwit, OutGay, OutLast” ~<br />
• Remember the motto: "OutTwit, OutGay, OutLast" (tm Neo). You can form alliances and<br />
secretly strategize with other characters over e-mail.<br />
• Only characters in the losing tribe may vote.<br />
• You may vote only once during the 24 hour period following the immunity challenge. You<br />
may discuss your vote strategy in your confessionals but only the e-mailed vote will count.<br />
• Votes must be sent to: dawson_survivor@hotmail.com. Be sure to include your character’s<br />
name and any comments.<br />
• After the polls close, we will post the votes and comments on the thread for everyone to<br />
see.<br />
• In case of a tie, the character with the most previous votes will be sent off. If there is still a<br />
tie, both characters will get kicked off.<br />
• The characters voted off the game will form the jury, to determine which of the final two<br />
characters is the winner.<br />
• Each juror will get to ask the final two characters one question. After the finalists answer<br />
the jurors' questions, all jurors who submitted a question will get one vote.<br />
Confessionals:<br />
• Use the confessionals to describe what is going on in your tribe.<br />
• You should only post once a day, and your posts should be less than 500 words.<br />
• From now on, the only post on the thread should be the confessionals and the<br />
host’s announcements. All other communication should be done over e-mail or AIM. If<br />
you have a question about playing the game please e-mail the administration:<br />
dawson_survivor@hotmail.com. Lets keep the thread clean!<br />
• The confessional should state the day on the island, character name, and tribe. For<br />

Each team will receive the following supplies:<br />
• Condoms (unlimited)<br />
• First Aid Kit (unlimited)<br />
• Fishcakes (unlimited)<br />
• Frying pan (1 per team)<br />
• Lime Green Jello (unlimited)<br />
• Sleeping Bags (6 per team)<br />
• Stepladder (1 per team) - to help you get over yourselves<br />
• Tents (3 per team)<br />
• Thesaurus (1 per team)<br />
Schedule for the first few days on the Island:<br />
• You will arrive on Witch Island at 8PM EDT on Monday, June 4.<br />
• Until that time, you may make daily pre-game confessionals.<br />
• On the first day on the island, your “free” day, please make a post describing what you've<br />
been up to and the luxury item you chose to bring with you.<br />
• On the second day, Tuesday, we will issue the first immunity challenge at 8PM EDT.<br />
• On the third day, Wednesday, we will post the results of the immunity at 8PM EDT.<br />
• We will then repeat the three-day cycle.<br />
Note to the viewers:<br />
• The only posts on this thread should be the characters’ confessionals.<br />
• We have created <strong>DC</strong>SL: <strong>DC</strong> <strong>Survivor</strong> Live (Official Forum for <strong>DC</strong>S FANatics). Please post any<br />
kudos related to the game, and any comments about the game there. We promise you will<br />
have a chance to be part of the game there! Lots of fun audience participation elements<br />
have been planned.<br />
