adopted an Order permanently<br />

of Stacey Yvette Royal,<br />

M.D., to practice medicine<br />

and surgery in <strong>the</strong> State of<br />

Ohio. A copy of <strong>the</strong> Order is<br />

available on <strong>the</strong> Board’s<br />

Dr. Royal may be entitled<br />

to an appeal. Such an appeal<br />

must be commenced <strong>by</strong> <strong>the</strong><br />

County Court of Common<br />
