County grand jury indicted a<br />

<strong>Perrysburg</strong> Township<br />

mo<strong>the</strong>r and son for allegedly<br />

kidnapping a Rossford<br />

woman.<br />

Emiliano Zapata, 21, and<br />

Rosa Mary Zapata, 42, both<br />

<strong>of</strong> Triumph Lane face one<br />

county <strong>of</strong> kidnapping, a first<br />

degree felony in <strong>the</strong> incident<br />

which allegedly occurred<br />

March 31 on Lewis Street in<br />

Rossford.<br />

Rossford were called to<br />
