Twp., mother, son indicted
for kidnapping Rossford woman
On April 5, a Wood
County grand jury indicted a
Perrysburg Township
mother and son for allegedly
kidnapping a Rossford
woman.
Emiliano Zapata, 21, and
Rosa Mary Zapata, 42, both
of Triumph Lane face one
county of kidnapping, a first
degree felony in the incident
which allegedly occurred
March 31 on Lewis Street in
Rossford.
Rossford were called to
the scene at 5:54 p.m., on
the report of woman who
was assaulted and abducted.
Witnesses reported that
she had been placed into a
