Colorful Living
26693 Eckel Road, Suite 6B • 419-873-7666
After 17 years operating a Decorating Den
franchise in Perrysburg, Luella Smith has decided
to take her business in a new direction
with Colorful Living. And although the name
is new, clients will find the same great interior
design and furnishings service for which
Luella has come to be known.
Colorful Living offers anything and everything
clients could need or want for their
homes, from space planning and custom window
treatments or bedding to wall and floor
coverings, lighting accessories, upholstered
furniture and case goods.
“Decorating your home should be a fun
experience,” Luella says. “I want to create design
ideas that are creative and practical, and
I try to make the process stress-free for my
clients. At the end of the job, I want every
client to say, ‘I love this room!’”
A high level of customer service is key to
Colorful Living. Recognizing that every job
and every client is unique, Luella provides individualized
service and attention to detail.
She starts every job with a master plan to help
clients create a vision for their home. The
master plan often incorporates existing furnishings
or family heirlooms to ensure that it
reflects the client’s personality.
“I will work with their things, on their
timetable, and within their budget,” Luella
adds.
The name Colorful Living reflects Luella’s
belief that the use of color is one of the most
powerful and effective ways to transform a
space.
“I love color,” the owner says. “I try to encourage
my clients to step outside their comfort
zones and use color. Even a splash of
accent color can really transform a room.”
A Perrysburg resident for 30 years, Luella
is always willing to give back to the community
by donating to charity auctions and community
projects and sponsoring workshops or
giving presentations to community organizations.
“I love owning a business in the town I call
home,” she said.
imals. Frequently, Dr. Knepper will change an animal’s
diet to compensate for any problems found.
Summer is the time when most pets require extra
bathing. Evelyn Truna, a professional groomer, has
her own business in Weaver Animal Hospital. Call
her business at 419-874-3140 for your pet’s bathing
and grooming needs.
As the allergy season approaches, signs of skin
irritation or excessive scratching indicate a pet’s
need to be seen immediately. Dr. Knepper’s flea
control program controls invasive insects on the animal
as well as in the environment. Allergies to
pollen, grass, or weeds can be controlled through
medication.
The staff at Weaver Animal Hospital makes every
effort to treat pets on an outpatient basis. However,
extended hospital care is offered when the need
arises. “We work many hours because we want to be
available seven days a week so your pet can be
treated the day it becomes ill,” said Dr. Knepper.
Reasonable boarding also is offered to clients.
The staff enjoys caring for pets and spoiling them
with kindness.
For client convenience, Dr. Knepper’s office offers
morning and evening hours on weekdays, along
with Saturday morning and Sunday evening appointments.
