for patients with minor acute injuries and
illnesses such as sprains and strains, possible
fractures, minor lacerations and burns, severe
flu symptoms, sore throats, earaches, skin irritations
and fevers. Sports physicals and Workers
Compensation claims also are accepted.
Wellness care is available for your whole
family, from 12 months of age and up. The
healthcare professionals at Great Lakes Urgent
Care can prescribe medication and provide referrals
to primary care physicians, specialists,
and hospitals when needed.
In addition to accepting a variety of insurances,
Urgent Care has a unique Prompt Pay
Pricing system under which visits for most
common illnesses, minor injuries and wellness
care cost a flat rate of $69.

Great Lakes Urgent Care is open Monday
through Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Saturday
and Sunday, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. No appointments
are necessary.
Urgent Care is owned and operated by Mr.
