’s AT&T Certified Supplier shall comply with all applicable<br />

NEC, AT&T TR 73503, Telcordia and ANSI Standards that address<br />

power cabling, installation and maintenance.<br />

8.9.1.1 At a Remote Site, AT&T shall make available -48V DC power for<br />

’s Remote Collocation Space at a BDFB within the<br />

Remote Site Location. The charge for power shall be assessed as part of the<br />

recurring charge for bay space, as referenced in Section 8.9.1.1 above. If the power<br />

requirements for ’s equipment exceed the capacity<br />

available, then such additional power requirements shall be assessed on an<br />

individual case basis.<br />

8.9.2 AT&T will revise ’s Central Office recurring power<br />

charges, in accordance with Section 8.3 above, to reflect a power upgrade when<br />

submits a Subsequent Application requesting an increase<br />

in the number of fused amps it is currently receiving from AT&T for its<br />

Collocation Space. If ’s existing fuses and power cables<br />

(for the A&B power feed) are not sufficient to support the additional number of<br />

fused amps requested, ’s AT&T Certified Supplier<br />

shall perform whatever activities are necessary, which may include the<br />

installation of new/additional fuses or power cables, to comply with the<br />

appropriate NEC, AT&T TR 73503, Telcordia and ANSI Standards, as well as<br />

the requirements noted in Sections 8.7 above. ’s AT&T<br />

Certified Supplier shall provide notification to AT&T when these activities have been<br />

completed.<br />

8.9.3 AT&T will revise ’s Central Office recurring power<br />

charges, in accordance with Section 8.3 above, to reflect a power reduction upon<br />

AT&T’s receipt of the Power Reduction Form from ,<br />

certifying the completion of the power reduction work, including the removal of<br />

any associated power cabling by ’s AT&T Certified<br />

Supplier. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if ’s AT&T<br />

Certified Supplier has not removed or, at AT&T’s discretion, cut the power<br />

cabling within thirty (30) days, the power reduction will not become effective<br />

until the cabling is removed or, at AT&T’s discretion, cut by<br />

’s AT&T Certified Supplier and<br />

shall pay for the amount of power that had been<br />

requested prior to the power reduction request for the period up to the date the<br />

power cabling is actually removed.<br />

8.9.4 If requests an increase or a reduction in the amount of<br />

power that AT&T is currently providing in a Central Office, <br />

must submit a Subsequent Application. In all states other than Florida and Tennessee if<br />

no modification to the Collocation Space is requested other than the increase or<br />
