BHN may accept an amount of space less than its original request by submitting an<br />

Application as set forth above, and upon request, may maintain its position on the<br />

waiting list for the remaining space that was initially requested. If BHN does not<br />

submit such an Application or notify AT&T in writing as described above, AT&T will<br />

offer such space to the next CLEC on the waiting list and remove BHN from the<br />

waiting list. Upon request, AT&T will advise BHN as to its position on the list.<br />

6.9 Public Notification. AT&T will maintain on its Interconnection <strong>Services</strong> website a<br />

notification document that will indicate all Central Offices that are without available<br />

space. AT&T shall update such document within ten (10) calendar days of the date<br />

AT&T becomes aware that there is insufficient space to accommodate physical<br />

collocation. AT&T will also post a document on its Interconnection <strong>Services</strong> website<br />

that contains a general notice where space has become available in a Central Office<br />

previously on the space exhaust list.<br />

6.10 Application Response.<br />

6.10.1 In Alabama, when space has been determined to be available, AT&T will provide a<br />

written response (“Application Response”) within thirty (30) calendar days of the<br />

receipt of a Bona Fide Application, which will include, at a minimum, the<br />

configuration of the space, the Cable Installation Fee, Cable Records Fee, and any<br />

other applicable space preparation fees, as described in Section 8.<br />

6.10.2 In Tennessee, AT&T will provide a written response (“Application Response”) within<br />

fifteen (15) calendar days of receipt of a Bona Fide Application. The Application<br />

Response will include, at a minimum, the configuration of the space, the Cable<br />

Installation Fee (Cageless and Virtual), and a firm price quote, based upon<br />

standardized pricing provided that BHN has given AT&T a forecast of BHN’s<br />

collocation needs at least ten (10) calendar days prior to submitting an application. If<br />

no forecast is provided by BHN the interval for an Application Response will be thirty<br />

(30) calendar days.<br />

6.10.3 In Florida, within fifteen (15) calendar days of receipt of a Bona Fide Application,<br />

when space has been determined to be available or when a lesser amount of space than<br />

that requested is available, then with respect to the space available, AT&T will provide<br />

a written response (“Application Response”) including sufficient information to enable<br />

BHN to place a Firm Order. The Application Response will include, at a minimum,<br />

the configuration of the space, the Cable Installation Fee, Cable Records Fee, and the<br />

space preparation fees, as described in Section 8. When BHN submits ten (10) or<br />

more Applications within ten (10) calendar days, the initial fifteen (15) day response<br />

period will increase by ten (10) days for every additional ten (10) Applications or<br />

fraction thereof.<br />

6.10.4 In Georgia, Kentucky, Mississippi, North Carolina and South Carolina, when space<br />

has been determined to be available for caged or cageless arrangements, AT&T will<br />

provide a written response (“Application Response”) within twenty (20) calendar days<br />
