<strong>One</strong>’s end for the purpose of data transmission will be the responsibility of <strong>Access</strong><br />
<strong>One</strong>.<br />
7.2.3 If <strong>Access</strong> <strong>One</strong> utilizes FTP for data file transmission, purchase of the FTP software<br />
will be the responsibility of <strong>Access</strong> <strong>One</strong>.<br />
7.3 EODUF Packing Specifications<br />
7.3.1 The data will be packed using ATIS EMI records. A pack will contain a minimum<br />
of one message record or a maximum of 99,999 message records plus a pack<br />
header record and a pack trailer record. <strong>One</strong> transmission can contain a maximum<br />
of 99 packs and a minimum of one pack.<br />
7.3.2 The OCN, From (RAO), and Invoice Number will control the invoice sequencing.<br />
The From RAO will be used to identify to <strong>Access</strong> <strong>One</strong> which BellSouth RAO is<br />
sending the message. BellSouth and <strong>Access</strong> <strong>One</strong> will use the invoice sequencing<br />
to control data exchange. BellSouth will be notified of sequence failures identified<br />
by <strong>Access</strong> <strong>One</strong> and resend the data as appropriate.<br />
