Exhibit C<br />

1. Upon written request from <strong>Access</strong> <strong>One</strong>, BellSouth will provide the Enhanced<br />

Optional Daily Usage File (EODUF) service to <strong>Access</strong> <strong>One</strong> pursuant to the terms<br />

and conditions set forth in this section. EODUF will only be sent to existing ODUF<br />

subscribers who request the EODUF option.<br />

2. <strong>Access</strong> <strong>One</strong> shall furnish all relevant information required by BellSouth for the<br />

provision of the EODUF.<br />

3. The EODUF will provide usage data for local calls originating from resold Flat<br />

Rate Business and Residential Lines.<br />

4. Charges for EODUF will appear on <strong>Access</strong> <strong>One</strong>’s monthly bills for the previous<br />

month's usage in arrears. The charges are as set forth in Exhibit D to this<br />

Attachment.<br />

5. All messages will be in the standard Alliance for Telecommunications Industry<br />

Solutions (ATIS) EMI record format.<br />

6. Messages that error in the billing system of <strong>Access</strong> <strong>One</strong> will be the responsibility of<br />

<strong>Access</strong> <strong>One</strong>. If, however, <strong>Access</strong> <strong>One</strong> should encounter significant volumes of<br />

errored messages that prevent processing by <strong>Access</strong> <strong>One</strong> within its systems,<br />

BellSouth will work with <strong>Access</strong> <strong>One</strong> to determine the source of the errors and the<br />

appropriate resolution.<br />

7. EODUF Specifications.<br />

7.1 EODUF Usage To Be Transmitted<br />

7.1.1 The following messages recorded by BellSouth will be transmitted to <strong>Access</strong> <strong>One</strong>:<br />

7.1.1.1 Customer usage data for flat rated local call originating from <strong>Access</strong> <strong>One</strong>’s End<br />

User lines (1FB or 1FR). The EODUF record for flat rate messages will include:<br />

7.1.1.1.1 Date of Call<br />

7.1.1.1.2 From Number<br />

7.1.1.1.3 To Number<br />

7.1.1.1.4 Connect Time<br />
