29. DELEGATION OF
POWERS TO THE
OFFICERS
The Corporation may delegate any of its powers under these rules
to the Managing Director, Head of the Industrial Promotion and
Infrastructure Division or any other officer for the efficient work
of the Corporation.
30. All legal proceedings, for any breach of these rules, shall be
lodged in courts of law situated at Jaipur and not elsewhere.
31. Except as provided in these rules, all rules and orders in relation
to matters covered by these rules and in force immediately before
the commencement of these rules are hereby repealed :
Provided that nothing in these rules shall affect the previous
operation of the rules hereby repealed or any action taken
thereunder.
