3(A). The Corporation allows up-front concession in the rate <strong>of</strong> development charges to the<br />

following cases <strong>of</strong> industrial land allotment in unsaturated industrial areas as per<br />

details/conditions mentioned below:<br />

employee <strong>of</strong> the Indian Army/<br />

Navy / Air Force and died in war /<br />

5. Disabled Persons<br />

7. Solar Energy Unit 4000 20% Certificate issued by the Director <strong>of</strong><br />

Industries mentioning that the<br />

project is related to Solar-Energy.<br />

(Inserted and amended as per IDC decision taken vide item 5 & 18 on 7.12.2000 & item 4 on 30.4.2007)<br />

Concession percentage in case <strong>of</strong> categories at 5 & 6 enhanced as per approval <strong>of</strong> BOD –item 27 <strong>of</strong> meeting dt.<br />

31.3.2011<br />

Note: -<br />

(i) For entitlement <strong>of</strong> the concession, required documents will be submitted alongwith land<br />

application form. In case <strong>of</strong> failure, entitlement for the concession will not be<br />

considered.<br />

(ii) The transfer <strong>of</strong> plot from concessional category to general or other category<br />

entrepreneur shall be permitted only after 5 years from the date <strong>of</strong> commencement <strong>of</strong><br />

commercial production otherwise the concession shall be recovered alongwith interest<br />

and transfer premium shall also be charged as per rules.<br />

(iii) The allottee will be entitled for one category <strong>of</strong> concession only.<br />

(iv) The allottee will be entitled for the concession upto the plot area or the ceiling limit,<br />

whichever be less.<br />

(v) The concession as per above table would also be allowed in partnership firms and<br />

private limited companies where the category <strong>of</strong> partners/ promoters (in case <strong>of</strong><br />

partnership firms and private limited companies respectively), is the same and entire<br />

share/ shareholding remains with the partners/ promoters up-to a period <strong>of</strong> 5 years after<br />

the commencement <strong>of</strong> production in the plot. However, in case <strong>of</strong> woman entrepreneur,
